I'm curious about this line "If each investigates for himself, he will find that Reality is one; does not admit of multiplicity; is not divisible. All will find the same foundation and all will be at peace." I would need some further convincing that many individuals partaking in independent investigations of truth would actually yield the same results. Perhaps you talked about this more in the meeting?
We did talk about it a bit more at the session. The underpinning idea is the broadness of the definition of "same" here meaning relative commonality and not identical results. The theme being driven for is the essential interconnectedness of reality and the importance of mutual understanding and tolerance. So rather than promoting a single philosophy or end result it's more about arriving at an intellectual/philosophical result that isn't aggressive or damaging to others.
